Hayden lives on a farm in Allen County, Kentucky with his wife and 3 kids. He enjoys spending time with his family,  raising beef cattle and involving his children in little league sports activities.

Hayden began his insurance career before graduating Western Kentucky University as a crop adjuster. During his 14 years as an adjuster, he developed an understanding of the importance of building relationships with the clients.
