With over 12 years in the insurance industry, Lindsey Owens serves as Vice President of Operations at Johnson Insurance, overseeing agency operations and personal lines while supporting small and midsize businesses with efficient systems and responsive service. Her background in agriculture, regulatory work with the North Carolina Department of Agriculture, and small business ownership provides practical insight into the operational and risk management challenges clients face. Since entering insurance in 2014, Lindsey has worked across multiple areas of the agency before stepping into her leadership role.

Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, often at the lake, traveling, or exploring the outdoors.
