Something about the winding down of a year makes us realize the importance of reflecting on the lessons and blessings we’ve experienced in the previous twelve months. Even when memories of a year include troubling world events and other sorrows, there are always good things worth remembering and celebrating to fuel the excitement of looking ahead to a new year.
As we reflect on 2022, we marvel at the good things this year has brought to the team at Johnson Insurance. Some of the blessings from this year include:
- 6 new employees were hired
- 5 employees obtained new insurance licenses
- 2 earned professional designations as AFIS or CISR (with more in the works)
- 10 earned promotions
- 5 moved into new houses
- 1 got married
- 4 new babies/grandbabies arrived or are on the way
- 1 employee won a national sales contest
- We obtained a $10,000 grant for a local nonprofit
- 85 people were fed by our donation to the Thanksgiving food drive by Storehouse for Jesus
- 1 large box of new toys were delivered to our local Toys for Tots drive this Christmas
Beyond this, there are no numbers to describe how much our team has grown together in the last year to continue building a culture where we all sincerely enjoy the work that we do by making life a little better for our clients and colleagues.
